Laura was born and raised in Mustang, Oklahoma. She graduated with a bachelors degree in biology from the University of Central Oklahoma in 1999. After becoming a mother of two children, she began her 10 year career in the oil and gas industry. As an executive account manager, she worked with engineers to design chemical and mechanical technologies for enhanced oil recovery. Most recently, Laura joined the First Construction team 3 years ago as Director of Operations.
She supports the management team with communications, networking, goal setting and problem-solving. Laura is also a Certified Yoga Instructor and Certified Nutrition Coach. In her spare she enjoys teaching yoga, meditation and healthy living.
